Maximizer CRM Training

We enthusiastically promote the use of a CRM platform to help your team systematize daily practices, create clarity around responsibilities & tasks, and proactively manage client relationships to effectively grow and manage your advisory practice. 

 

In our experience, we know a fully integrated CRM is a game-changer for teams, however it can also be overwhelming to learn and use in a way that best fits the team and incorporates the many best practices learned in our programs.

CRM TRAINING WITH IMMEDIATE IMPACT

We are delighted to provide teams with specific training to support the Maximizer Wealth CRM which will:

  • Create familiarity with the fundamental CRM features (these are the things you will use hourly & daily)

  • Outline how to set up and use them in the most effective manner (our CRM best practices)

  • Share important tips and tricks to make it easier to use (establish rules of engagement for consistent use)

  • Ensure the various best practices you've learned from Mindset are fully supported

  • Develop & use workflows to follow through flawlessly for a variety of processes (think new client onboarding)

  • Promote and support incremental learning of the CRM (which is more manageable and less stressful for everyone)

  • Provide ideas for further customization (because every team is unique)

  • Simplify the use of overall use to the point where everyone on the team will love  & embrace it!

Initial Orientation Training Session

If your team is new to using Maximizer, you've recently added a new person, or you feel there is an opportunity to learn more about the fundamentals of your CRM to improve use and integration, this is the perfect session for your team. 

 

  • This 90-minute comprehensive session will provide the basis to ensure all team members are using the system properly which supports building an organized, proactive and professional team.  We also encourage you send any specific questions ahead of time so we can be sure to answer them all.

The Initial Orientation Training Session is best when attended by your entire advisory group and will provide a thorough overview of fundamentals, general usage and tips/tricks to simplify full integration.

 

We will begin with a complete walk through the most used sections of the CRM (used hourly & daily):

 

  • Calendar

  • Address Book

  • Task & Hotlist 

We will also review specific areas including:

  • Setting Individual Preferences &  Global System Preferences

  • Custom Column Set Up

  • Adding/Combining/Importing Clients

  • Setting and Managing Workflows

  • Assigning/Managing Tasks

  • Search Features

  • Adding Integrations (such as Outlook)

FEE FOR SERVICE

Initial Orientation Training Session - 90 minute session - $350.00

Each Maximizer Training Session will be followed up by our custom Mindset Maximizer Action Plan (MAP) which clearly outlines your next steps and specific Action Items. This will also include related supporting resources such as:

  • Recording of the Training Session (to add to your training library)

  • Tools & Checklists created by Mindset based on what was covered with your team

  • Inclusion of other specific third-party resources such as videos, links or instructions to further assist you

Building Workflow Training

This is a great session to set up your Maximizer program YOUR way. Over the years we have noticed advisors will use Maximizer more if they can simplify where to add pertinent information into the system and will use the Workflows more if they are aligned with your specific Client Service Model.

  • This 60-minute fully customized session will provide one-on-one support based on your specific needs.  

Building Workflows Training will be a session specifically with the CRM administrator on your team (though others are welcome to attend) to go over how to advanced features and use of Maximizer Wealth:

 

  • Set Up Customized User Defined Fields

  • Display Fields

  • Develop Customized Workflows

  • Learn & Integrate Other Advanced Features

Building Workflows Training Session- 60 minute session - $295.00
